CSO SITE ADMINISTRATOR

The main role is to liaise between the site management team and the General Contractor with focus on creating and maintaining project documentation, plans and safety reports. The CSO/Site Administrator reports directly to the Safety Manager and Superintendent providing all administrative support as required.

  • Ensure completion of Daily Field Level Hazard Assessment.

  • Participate and record all JOSH, Site Toolbox, and Safety meetings.

  • Conduct, monitor and record job site inspections.

  • Perform site safety and new employee orientations.

  • Manage/ monitor and update site training workers training on our in-house inventory system.

  • Participate in weekly trade meetings as required to support the Site Superintendent.

  • Act as a liaison to all employees for all safety requirements during the project including the Site General Contractor, Superintendent & Foreman.

  • Ensure employees' time is recorded and sent to payroll for processing.

  • Manage and monitor man counts for submission.

  • Place Material Request Forms for jobsite.

  • Update daily Note Vault with photos and site updates.

  • Reconcile asset counts on a monthly basis.

  • Responsible for safety purchase orders and support site staff for material purchases (safety admin).

  • Ensure that all safety records are stored and accessible to all parties electronically (One Drive).

  • Must be willing and able to work overtime as required, including weekends.

  • Must have reliable transportation to access our various job sites throughout the lower mainland.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • OFA Level 1 minimum, higher level (or previous holding higher level) preferred

  • Experience in construction formwork using Peri and Doka systems considered an asset

  • Experience using MS Office suite including Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Solid organizational skills, including multi-tasking and time-management

  • Knowledge and the ability to comply with ALL WorkSafe (WCB) procedures/safety practices including on site work practices and guidelines

  • Ability to speak Spanish considered and asset

  • CSO designation considered an asset
