SITE COORDINATOR
The Site Coordinator is the “traffic controller” and the “eyes and ears” for our fast-paced construction sites. They report directly to the Project Manager and work closely with the Site Superintendent and are responsible for the overall coordination and tracking of all activity for the site for the duration of the project and they are the central liaison for communication, scheduling and administration.
TOWER CRANE OPERATOR
The Crane Operator is responsible for lifting, moving, positioning, and placing various equipment, materials, pre-fabricated forms, tables, and other large objects with the crane. In addition, the Crane Operator will assess and conduct daily machine safety inspections, routine crane maintenance as well as any specific crane manufacturer routine maintenance.
TOWER CRANE RIGGER
The main role of a tower crane rigger is to safely hook up loads for all trades on site and be able to communicate clearly to the operator where, when, and why a load is being moved. This position also requires the performance and recording of daily rigging inspections. Must always be able to multitask and stay calm and professional under pressure. This person must be punctual and steady for all hours of the crane’s operation. This person would report to the site foremen and Superintendent directly.
CONCRETE PUMP OPERATOR
The Concrete Pump Operator is a key team member of our pumping operations and reports to the Pumping
Division Manager. This position is responsible for using the pumping equipment as well as cleaning and maintaining it to ensure that the equipment is running at optimal level at all times. The Operator may also be responsible for operating and maintaining the placing boom as needed.
CSO SITE ADMINISTRATOR
The CSO Site Administrator provides safety support by collecting and uploading daily PSA’s; performing site and equipment inspections; updating storyboards, lessons learned, SOP’s; and assisting with facilitating tool-box meetings and maintaining statistics on workplace accidents in the yard and applicable investigations
PROJECT MANAGER
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the project team under the direction of the PM Office. The Project Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining project schedules, reviewing changes, directing subtrades as well as working closely with the Site Superintendent throughout the project life cycle. This position is an on-site project position.
