DOUGLAS COLLEGE

The Douglas College is a 20-storey modern academic building that includes the student housing.

It includes over 30 classrooms, six computer labs, student housing, study and leisure areas, rooftop parks, food services, community kitchens, and retail amenities. The building is designed to the highest sustainability standards, achieving Rick Hansen Foundation Accessibility Certification, LEED Gold, BC Energy Step Code 4, and Zero Carbon Building certification.
