3 Civic Plaza has 57 floors of mixed business and residential space, a 25-story hotel, and a 6-story parkade. Established to be the tallest tower in Surrey, this structure incorporates an architectural guitar pick. This project needed dedicated workers to work non-standard hours to fulfill the needs of outside stakeholders and SkyTrain, assuring uninterrupted service.
